After our choreographed warmup, the Stella Barbella trainer will demo and explain the barbell move of the day. Some of which include: Back squats, Bench Press, Shoulder Press, Row, Glute Bridge, etc. Great for targeting multiple muscle groups at one time, building stregnth, and gaining confidence.
During the second half of the workout, the trainer will demo the reformer section of the day. An effective and fun way to work on balance, core strength, mobility, stretching, and isolating individual muscle groups.
Our wildcard station, inspired by Stella (our pet owners know how they get the zoomies!). Consisting of moves to get the heart rate up and/or different pieces of equipment including: bosu ball, agility ladder, battle ropes, plyo box, magic circle, dumbbells, etc. Intended to build stamina and raise the heart rate, while having fun and keeping the sessions fresh!
includes a set number of credits to be used over the course of 4 weeks before auto renewing for the next billing period (Please note that we do not permit rollovers unless the studio is closed). Includes access to Pilates + Weightlifting sessions, members only events, swag bag upon sign up, Barbella birthday bash and more.
